Changes in Portal System for Internship Registrations

by Huriye Ayşegül Koç | Oct 31, 2025

Dear Students,

The development work for faculty approvals to be carried out through the internship system on the portal page has been completed, and the system has been put into operation.

  • A registration must be created in the portal system no later than 15 days before the internship start date. If less than 15 days remain until the start date, registration cannot be created, since faculty approval and social security entry procedures need to be completed.
  • After creating a registration in the portal system, the “Internship Agreement and Annex-1” document must be downloaded from the relevant record, signed/approved by the company, and re-uploaded to the system with both student and company signatures no later than 10 days before the internship start date. If fewer than 10 days remain, the document cannot be uploaded, and the internship will be considered invalid.
  • The internship application will be reviewed by faculty officials no later than 3 days before the internship start date, and will either be approved or rejected. Failure to upload documents, uploading incorrect or incomplete documents, or documents deemed inappropriate in terms of content are grounds for rejection.
  • For internships approved by the faculty, social security entry procedures will be carried out 3 days before the internship start date.
